I am the youngest of 4 boys, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am the
only "Okie" of a family full of New Yorkers. I grew up mostly in Oklahoma
City and Tulsa with a brief stint in Virgina and Michigan when I was very
young. I attended Putnam City Schools during elementary and spent my middle
and high school years in Tulsa at Union Public Schools. After which, I
attended the University of Oklahoma (hence why my room is covered in Sooner
stuff).
I am married to my beautiful wife Lindsey. We have three "children" in
our three dachshunds, Sadie, Stoops, and Gypsy. I love spending time with
my family, just lounging around watching OU football, or going crazy with
the weenies at the dog park. I have an extremely active personality, so I
have a hard time just sitting and relaxing. I love playing all sports,
especially golf, though I don't get to play as much as I would like. I
enjoy watching and playing football (especially the Sooners and Buffalo
Bills).
I am beginning my 5th year teaching in Mustang, all of which have been
here at Creek. I spent my first two years teaching 4th grade across the
hall, and I finally graduated up to 5th grade two years ago. :P I am
extremely excited to be here at Creek, especially since we have such a large
population of male teachers. I am not a coach or anything like that, though
I do love playing soccer with the kids out at recess (I do try to give some
pointers). I am glad to be here and look forward to teaching for many years
to come.
