About The Teacher

Hi!

I know that many of you are curious about me outside the classroom, so
here is a little trivia info for you! Mr. Jackson and I have been married
for seven years. We are expecting our first baby, a little girl, in
September. We have three precious miniature schnauzers; Lacey is six, and
Duke and Harley are her three year old puppies.
This is my fifth year to teach. I received my Bachelor of Science
in Elementary Education from The University of Central Oklahoma in December
of 2003. After I graduated, I spent about a year and a half as the Kids
Pastor at my church in Norman.
As you have probably already figured out, coffee is my passion. Not
really, but I sure love it a lot! I also love Los Vaqueros in Mustang,
Johnny Carino's, and hazelnut iced coffee from McDonalds. In my nonexistent
spare time, I like to watch TV and movies, read, walk my dogs, scrapbook,
and play at the lake.

Mission For The Class

My personal mission for education: I purpose to provide the best education
possible in a safe, cohesive, cooperative, family-like classroom
environment. I seek to meet the needs of each individual child, and treat
them with respect.
