Mustang is my hometown. In fact, I began school here in 5th grade and
graduated from Mustang in 1973. Yes kiddos I am getting old!
After all I am a child of the 50's.
After high school I obtained a BA from Oklahoma Baptist University then a BS
from the University of Central Oklahoma. I am starting my 19th year
teaching at Mustang Valley, my 27th year altogether. I have been married for
32 years to my wife. We have 3 children. My oldest lives in
Edmond,Oklahoma, her husband works for the State Attorney Generals office.
They have a sweet little girl that is now 2 years old. She is really
beautiful! My son graduated from FSU, in Tallahassee, Florida. He received
his degree in Music Theory and is working on his Masters degree at the
University of Washington in Seattle. My youngest daughter is still here at
home with us and is currently a Senior in High School.
My goal is to prepare my students for all the aspects of Middle School so
that they will enter school next year with confidence in themselves and
have a successful Middle School experience.
