Mission Statement:

Technology Team exists to provide 4th and 5th grade students with the opportunity to learn how to operate projection and sound equipment including microphones, mixers, monitors, and much more! Students in this organization may expect to receive advanced training in technology as well as develop their leadership skills.

Schedule:

During their month of duty, Tech Team members are required to report to Mrs. Robertson's room no later than 7:30am. Monday Rise and Shines begin promptly at 7:50am. Round Up does not begin until 8:30am but requires the set-up of more equipment. One Tech Team will be assigned to each large musical program as well.

Attendance:

Members are expected to attend all meetings and arrive on time. If an absence is unavoidable, please write or email (krobertson@putnamcityschools.org) a note to Mrs. Robertson since Tech Team attendance is handled separately from office attendance. Excused absences are limited to reasons of family emergency or illness. Three unexcused absences will result in removal from Tech Team.

Behavior:

Students will be expcted to maintain classroom behavior during Tech Team duties. In addition, students must maintain passing grades in all classes to remain in the chorus. Any student with an "N" in any class will be put on probation which means that their duties will be suspended until the grade is brought back up. Any student who makes a failing grade (an "F" or a "U") oh his/her report card in any class will not longer be able to serve on Tech Team.
