1.       What is extreme weather?  Define this term and give examples of extreme weather events.

2.       Is global warming increasing or decreasing the amount of extreme weather?  Back this up with some statistics.

3.       Which portion of the water cycle is going to occur faster with warmer temperatures?  (Possibly show this with a picture of the cycle and an explanation.)

4.       List some of the effects (finances ,food availability and death rates) that an increase in extreme weather would cause on society.
