Is this teacher a nice guy?

Yes he is. Gives lots of chances to be successful. Is very fair he 
thinks. Explains things in a simple manner. Doesn't dodge a tough 
question like "Where are we gonna use this in our life?"

16 years...since 1991.

British Embassy School in Europe for elementary.
American Academy of Athens, Greece for high-school.
Pensacola Junior College in Florida for fun for 1 year.
University of Toronto after that for real.

Yes. Students should have homework almost every night.

Does he provide extra help?

Yes, of course. During both lunch periods this year and after school. 
Best to tell me in advance but I'm usually in the office. I'm not a morning 
person .
but after school is OK too.

Does he do anything else at school besides teach math?

For sure otherwise I would go crazy ! I coach the baseball team in the spring 
and organize the Annual Cawthra Park Animation Festival for students in all 
of Peel District.
