PRACTICES BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Check this area for indoor practices before Christmas.

We will have one or two of them and they will be after school in the gym.

Wear running shoes and proper workout clothes. That means a protective cup as well.

Wear your hat properly. No backward style. We will work on throwing, ground balls and hitting with a broom stick.

Bring the following:

- your glove

- a baseball to donate to the workouts
