About The Teacher

Attended McMaster University in Hamilton and received an Honours B.A. in
German and History, followed by a Masters degree in German. Went to
University of Western Ontario to study and earn a Bachelor of Education
degree. I have been on staff at Cawthra since 1986 and enjoy working in
such a supportive and vibrant learning environment. This year I will be
mainly teaching the Grade 11 course entitled Introduction to Anthropology,
Sociology and Psychology, and the Grade 10 Canadian History course. I help
out with the Ritz choir and I am also the staff sponsor for a community
services group called S.H.OUT which stands for Students Helping Out.

Mission For The Class

Wants students to take away practical knowledge and skills which can be used
in other subject areas. Students should know that I am available to help
them anytime.
