A little about the teacher

I am new to Cawthra this year and already I can tell what an amazing school 
it is!  I am so excited to be surrounded by wonderful students and great 
staff and to be a part of such an exciting environment.

I completed an Honours Degree at the University of Toronto with a major in 
French and another in History.  I completed my education degree at the 
University of Toronto as well.  

I am originally from Montreal, Quebec.  I moved to the Toronto area to 
pursue my sports dreams.  In 2000 and 2004 I achieved those dreams by 
competing in the Olympic Games in the sport of synchronized swimming.  In 
2000 my team and I were fortunate enough to win a bronze medal!  I no longer 
compete but I stay involved in the sport by coaching both locally and abroad.
