I have been teaching science at Cawthra since 1991, alternating between
chemistry and physics with some Gr. 9 and 10 classes as well. It is a
pleasure to work with the enthusiastic, creative, bright and dynamic students
who spend their teenage years here.
I have four children who are in Gr. 6, first year university, third year
college and first year of sports massage therapy. The three oldest have been
part of the RAP program at Mayfield S.S. Involvement in the arts (music,
dance and art)is an important part of our family life. I teach Irish dance
year round and the whole family gets involved in classes, performances and
competitions.
