EQAO

We are half-way through our EQAO testing.  On Monday morning we will do Language Book 2, Part A, and Turesday morning, Language Book Two, Part B.  Then it is done!  

The students have been coming to school ready to do their best!  I appreciate the parental support not to have appointments scheduled during this time.  It makes it much easier for a student to be with his or her peers during the testing, rather than completing the test on their own. 


TRACK AND FIELD

The Track and Field Meet will be on Wednesday, May 30.  Thirteen students will be absent from the classroom, so students will be reassigned from other classrooms where their teacher is attending the Meet. 

END OF YEAR TRIP

The permission form for the end of year trip to African Lion Safari has gone home.  Please return the permission and money by June 4th.  Mrs. Stevens, Mrs. Kussman and me will be acting as chaperones for the Grade 6 class.  

Students can purchase lunch on site, but there are also picnic areas where students can enjoy their home-made lunch and snacks.  The buses will be staying with us, so the students will have access to their belongings.
