Critter Creations' Monthly Home Learning Project

DECEMBER'S HOME LEARNING PROJECT: 'WE'RE "RINGING" IN
THE "HOLLY"DAYS!'

You and your child are invited to work together to complete this
month's voluntary home learning enrichment project-'We're "Ringing"
in the "Holly"days!' project. You and your child will work
together to create an eco-friendly, instructional theme-inspired
pair of silver bells. First, you and your child will find and clean
2 empty tin cans; removing the labels. Then, you and your child
will carefully drill a hole into the middle of the bottom of each
can (the bottoms now become the top of the bells). Next, you and
your child will thread a long piece of coloured yarn through each
hole and at the each end of the yarn, attach a jingle bell.
Finally, you and your child will decorate the outside of each bell
using various artistic and craft materials (the choices are
endless.....yarn, fabric, felt, glitter, construction paper, paint,
etc.).
