The holidays are right around the corner and are worthy of preparing
for!
Homeschooling moms, please come join us on Friday, October 24, from
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., as we share some of the Thanksgiving and
Christmas traditions, experiences (and maybe even food!) that have
been important to our homeschooling families over the years. If you
have no traditions to share, don't worry -- please come to glean and
see if the Lord might have something for you and your family for the
coming season. If you do have ideas to contribute, please feel free
to do so. Also, if you are able, why don't you dust off that
Christmas cookie recipe and bring a batch for enjoying while we are
together? Mandy Palmer has graciously offered to host this event at
their home.
Let's gather and pray together as we prepare our hearts, our homes,
and our families to be filled with Thanksgiving and with great
expectation for the celebration of the coming of the infant King,
Jesus Christ.
