Our mission is to educate the whole child. We believe that all children can excel at academics, and that activities and citizenship are just as important.Our students know that we have high expectations for them, and they strive to meet
them. We welcome involvement from parents and the community.

Message from the Principal

We are off to another great year at Faulconer-Chapman School. I believe that success is a team effort. The staff at FCS are ready to teach your students, the students are ready to learn, and now we need you. There are many ways to be involved in your child's education as a parent. Some examples are:

Parent/Teacher Club - They meet every 1st Monday of the month from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.

Volunteering - Every day we need volunteers. Just stop by the office and pick up a volunteer form.

Parent/Teacher Conferences - These are coming in November.

Looking for correspondences from myself on Fridays.

Attend concerts, sporting events and family nights.

Oregon Green School In 2008 FCS became an Oregon Green School. Through an overall school effort, and a huge amount of changes made at our school we have increased our recycling by over 300%. We have also reduced the amount of trash by 50%.

8th Grade Promotion. 7:00 p.m. in New Gym.

June 7 - 11, 2010

6th Grade Outdoor Ed. More information to follow. Fund Raisers are being held to raise money to send students to Outdoor Ed Camp. The current fundraiser is selling candy bars for $1.00 each. Please contact the school for further information.
