Users are responsible for good behavior on the Internet just as they are
in a classroom or a school corridor. General school rules apply.
Access the Internet responsibly - Only with teacher's permission.
Use educational web sites only - Chat Rooms, E-Mail, Online Games,
etc. are OFF LIMITS!
Protect your privacy - Do not share your login and password with anyone
and never use someone else's login and password. Never give out
personal information on the Internet.
Inform your teacher IMMEDIATELY if you encounter information or
images that make you uncomfortable, or that you know are
inappropriate.
Remember at all times that this lab, equipment, and Internet access all
belong to the school. Your actions will serve either as a credit or
discredit to its reputation.
While using the technology, you are to stay focused on the assigned
project. No web browsing just for fun!
Conserve resources - print only when necessary. PLEASE get
permission from your teacher before printing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Obey copyright rules - use proper citation and documentation when
doing research.
FAILING TO FOLLOW THESE EXPECTATIONS MAY LEAD TO LOSS OF
COMPUTER PRIVELEDGES AS WELL AS A PHONE CALL HOME AND A
POSSIBLE REFERRAL!
