Message from the Principal

Hello. I'm Dean Rech, Principal of Sheridan High School. On behalf of the staff and the student body, I would like to welcome you to the Sheridan High School Website. Sheridan High School takes pride in its academic and athletic programs. We encourage our students to become involved in extra-curricular and co-curricular programs. I believe it is important for our students to take ownership and make connections with the staff and the school.

Academically, Sheridan High School offers a variety of AP courses, CTE classes and online courses through ODYSSEYWARE. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves and be the best they can be. I believe it is important to prepare all students for success. Sheridan High School has met AYP three out of the last four years.

Athletics at Sheridan High School has been strong in team sports, as well as in wrestling and track and field. I am proud to say that we are the home of the 2009 4th Place Volleyball team!

I hope everyone has a fun and positive experience this school year and remember, get involved!
