The Project Zone

Description

This page has many of the links to projects that I use to make learning 
exciting.  They are used to focus on all the skills in reading, math, social 
studies, science and writing and do it in an interesting 
way.  Included here are links to the Iditarod, the National Parks, Lewis and 
Clark and much more.  
Here's the first set of links:  The Last Great Race On Earth!  That's what 
they call the Iditarod.  Starting in March and covering over 1000 miles 
through the Alaskan backcountry, this is a truly great spectacle.  Check the 
web pages below for information on this and a lot of other 
topics.
