Week of Nov. 23rd - Nov. 27th
Reading - We will take a break from our reading series this week. We will be
reading some Thanksgiving stories and reviewing our newer words “can”
and “at”.
Math - This week will wrap up Chapter 3. We will review on Monday and
Tuesday, and take our test on Wednesday.
Classroom news and events -
Thank you for all of the generous donations for our Thanksgiving Feast. Any
donations that we do not use for the feast, such as juice, cups, etc., will
be used throughout the year during different events. Our feast is on Tuesday.
We are very excited!
There will be no tic tac toe homework this week. Your child will have a
worksheet on Monday and Tuesday to complete. Each will be due the next school
day.
It was so nice meeting with all of you during conferences. Please remember
that you can contact me at any time with questions or concerns.
The entire school will be viewing a play of “A Christmas Carol” in the all
purpose room on Wednesday morning. It should be a great show!
School is closed for Thanksgiving break November 26 - November 30! Have a
wonderful holiday.
