It contains detailed information on various topics of earth science such as Hurricanes, satellites, air quality, volcanoes, etc. Please take a look at the site index to find all that is available. The Science Education Pages contains various questions about earth science issues.
USGS Earthquake Hazards Program - This site provides valuable information on a variety of earthquake topics. Includes lists of the lastest earthquakes in the world, historic earthquakes, lesson plans, power point presentations, etc.

Virtual Courseware: Earthquake - This site contains online activities and tutorials on the travel time of seimic waves, calculate the epicenter, and the magnitude of the earthquake. Works with Firefox.
Virtual Earthquake - Lori Cirucci says this is a very good website that she uses with her students. Students print a certificate at the end. She says that she has most of her classes go through the site after she reviews the first page on "what is an earthquake" with the students. She also provided the worksheet that goes with the website.
Other Activities that she uses can be found on these links. Students can save the page as a pdf and use text boxes to place their answers.
