Program Highlights

The Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Pre-K Program is associated with 
Blessed Teresa of Calcutta School.  Below are some highlights of the 
Pre-K Program.
Accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools
Certified Lead Teacher: Teacher maintains Active PA Certification by taking 30-40 hours of continuing education classes a year
Curriculum based on Archdiocese of Philadelphia Curriculum Guidelines & PA Core Standards
Curriculum is also coordinated with BTC's Kindergarten Program
Lab Learner Science Curriculum- which includes lab time in state of the art science lab
Computer Time: scheduled for each student
Participates in school wide activities: prayer services, Liturgies, pep rallies, Christmas Pageant, Spring Fling, service projects etc.
Library time with Certified Librarian
Archdiocese of Philadelphia Catechetical Certification: Teacher completes 2 Archdiocesan Religion courses a year
Participates in School's hot lunch program
Five Full Days or Five Half Days option with care available before and after school
