If you plan on volunteering for the school this coming year you must have all your clearances by the first day of school. Below are forms you will need to fill out and send in yourself with a $10 payment for each to obtain clearances.

Criminal History Form - May also be done online at https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp. Print out 3 copies. 1 for you, 1 for the Child abuse form and 1 for BTC.

Child Abuse Forms - form must be sent with a copy of the Criminal History Check completed Clearance or it will not be processed.

Consent Release Form - you may complete this form if you plan on filling the forms out and sending them in for BTC to send in. You must provide the Fee for both forms.

Protecting God’s Children Mandatory Class - The Archdiocese of Philadelphia requires that all adult volunteer and employees that have contact with children at BTC take a mandatory Protecting God’s Children class. You need only take this class once, and it includes the newer “Technology Update Addendum”. The Archdiocese will present Protecting God’s Children on Thursday, July 12^th at 6:30 p.m. at the Education Center. Registration for the class must be done online by going to http://www.virtus.org.
