Hello and welcome to a new school year!
I cannot wait to see each and every one of you in my classroom! I am looking
forward to a fun, engaging, exciting, and challenging year ahead!
A little more about me: I graduated from Marywood University with a
Bachelors in Elementary Education. I live in Philadelphia. I love
traveling, reading, and taking pictures! I have a
love of all things French and I adore history! During the summer months, you
can find me giving tours of the historic district in Philadelphia. My
favorite subject in school was English although I have fallen in love with
Social Studies as an adult.
Favorite books as a child: Harry Potter Series, Fever 1793, Dear America
Series, The Bartimaeus Trilogy and A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Favorite Colors: Green & Pink
Favorite Food: Pizza

My mission for the class is that each child learns to take responsibility for
his/her own actions as well as responsibility for his/her own learning.
Learning doesn't just take place in the classroom; it is a lifelong process.
It is also my hope that my students become "Top Notch Reporters" that they
learn to "check the facts, ask all the questions, and examine the world
around them."
