Registration InformationYou may call the school office at 610-586-0638 for an appointment. All required forms must be current and submitted before registration is final.The following information is needed:1. Birth Certificate must be presented at registration for Kindergarten your child must be age 5 by Sept. 1 of the current year and for Grade1, age 6 by Sept. 1 of the current year .2. Baptismal Certificate if your child has not been baptized at Blessed Virgin Mary Church.3. Immunization Record - complete and up-to-date submitted to the school nurse at the time of registration. Call the school office, if you are not sure of the requirements for grades.4.
