You may call the school office at 610-586-0638 for an appointment. All
required forms must be current and submitted before registration is final.
The following information is needed:
1. Birth Certificate must be presented at registration (your child must be 5
by Sept. 1 of current year for Kindergarten and 6 by Sept. 1 of current year
for Grade 1.
2. Baptismal Certificate if your child was not baptized at Blessed Virgin
Mary Church.
3. Complete and up to date Immunization Record submitted to the school nurse
at the time of registration. Call the school office if you are not sure of
requirements for grades.
4. Registration and $25.00 per student Technology Fee required at time of
registration.
