Registration Information You may call the school office at 610-586-0638 for an appointment.&nbsp; All required forms must be current and submitted before registration is final. The following information is needed: 1.&nbsp; Birth Certificate must be presented at registration &nbsp;for Kindergarten your child must be age 5 by Sept. 1 of the current year and for Grade1, age 6 by Sept. 1 of the current year . 2.&nbsp; Baptismal Certificate if your child has not been baptized at Blessed Virgin Mary Church. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;Immunization&nbsp;Record - complete and up-to-date submitted to the school nurse at the time of&nbsp;registration.&nbsp; Call the school office,&nbsp;if you are not sure of the requirements for grades. 4.&nbsp; Registration Fee and Technology Fee&nbsp; is required at the time of registration. Call the school office&nbsp;for&nbsp;the tuition scale. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BVM parish school admits students of any race, creed, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students in our school. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BVM School&nbsp;offers an AM and PM C.A.R.E.S.
