COMMITTEES
and their DESCRIPTIONS
Becoming involved in a committee or serving as
Chairperson is a great way to keep up with your child and support all of our
student musicians! Please take a moment to read
and consider volunteering for one of the following tasks. The Music
Booster Organization depends on the support of our parents to make sure that
the year runs smoothly for all of our students
DESCRIPTION
AND DUTIES OF CHAIRPERSON:
·
Each committee needs a chairperson. The
chairperson of the committee is the organizer and is ultimately responsible for
the completion of all tasks. HOWEVER, that is why a committee is
organized, so the chairpersons do not have to do all the work themselves.
·
As chairperson, call your friends and
contacts. Check the volunteer sheets for names. You will be surprised how
results can be achieved through the personal touch with an individual!
·
If you are interested in serving as a CHAIRPERSON,
please complete and return the “Volunteer Sign Up
Sheet”. Let the Music Booster President
know that you are interested in chairing or being part of a committee.
The President and the Directors will gladly help you get started.
