Updates: This will be the last newsletter for 2009. It will start up again in January. It is hard to believe we are almost done with the first half of the year. Like I have said many times before, the children are wonderful and the year is going along quite well. Everyone has adjusted well to the routine, rules and playing and sharing with other children. We have celebrated many birthdays and several potty training accomplishments. The children are learning their colors, shapes and some numbers. I am very proud of all of them and each one has a special quality which makes each class special and unique. I hope each of you enjoy the holiday season (however you celebrate) and here's to a great week. Crafts: This week's theme: Reindeer. We will make a special batch of reindeer food. Circle Time We will read The Christmas Tree Book and play a game called The Shapes in Santa's hat. We will continue to practice the songs for the tea.
