November Newsletter
Dear Parents,
We are having a lot of fun with all our Halloween activities so far
this month! A thank-you goes to Henry’s mother by providing and helping us to
make our fireman treat. Thank-you also to Brendan’s mom for helping us carve
our jack-o-lantern! All of the children had a chance to help scoop the seeds
out from inside the pumpkin. Next week we plan to taste the roasted seeds
and plant them in dirt. The children will be excited when the seeds begin to
sprout because they really grow fast!
Don’t for get to dress your child next Tue. 27th for the parade
beginning at 9:20 am. Please allow enough time in the morning before school
to help your child prepare for the day. Getting in to their costume and
feeling good about their special outfit is important and can be stressful if
they are hurried. Please remember - no mask- for safety in navigating the
stairs and sidewalks.
Please stand outside along the sidewalk and we will walk out the door
and down around the front of the school. After the parade you may come in to
take a few quick photos of the kids and help your child change back into
their regular clothing. If you can’t be here we will help your child take off
their costume.
Looking ahead now to November
