WEEKLY LETTER
November 4, 5, 2009
During our two days of school this week we will continue talking about “Fall”
with the emphasis on shapes. The shapes: square, rectangle, circle and square
will be the topic of our crafts and circle activities. The boys and girls
will be making a very handsome scarecrow out of those shapes and will be
playing “Shape Bingo”. Both should be a lot of fun! I will be telling a
story about Cindy Circle and her other shape friends.
For your information Hilary Hunt will be our room representative for the pre-
school. If you have any concerns or comments, please talk to her and of
course, Lisa or myself.
I have been asked to remind you of our website. It is www.chpc.org then
click to pre-school. This is where you can receive the monthly newsletter at
the beginning of each month and also see my weekly letter.
It is also important to be health conscious of our snacks, i.e. keep them as
sugar free as possible. I will be sending home a list of suggestions this
week.
