Our Mission

Christ the King School is a welcoming Catholic community within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

While embracing the cultural diversity reflected in the world in which our students will live and work, Christ the King is dedicated to the formation of Catholic youth. It is our goal to encourage our students to thrive as full and practicing members of the Church.

By keeping the example of Christ as an integral part of daily life, and through the use of traditional and current educational methods, we prepare our young people to be positive and productive members of society.

Christ the King School is fully accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.

CTK Voices

I love this school. I went here from K-8 and have so many good memories. My daughter is in 1st grade here now and she also loves it. My wife and I are very satisfied with the safe environment and top notch education she is receiving at CTK. I love seeing the alumni returning to bring their children here. (parent)

My favorite subject is Computers because I learn more about computers and programs every week. (6th grader)

My favorite subject is Religion because I get to learn about God and about letting Him into my life. (4th grader)

My daughters have experienced much love and dedication from the wonderful staff at CTK and we are so blessed to be part of the community here. I love Sister Trudy and completely trust in her and Father Callahan. They are wonderful spiritual leaders! (parent)

CTK is special because we have traditions we continue to do each year. We are like a big family. Sister Trudy, Ms. Louise and the teachers make CTK great! (8th grader)

I have been impressed with the teachers since the first day my daughter walked in the doors. The teachers not only taught the subject material, but they taught by example of what a Catholic is. When I was searching for a grade school, I wanted both a great education combined with strong morals. We found it here with these amazing teachers and wonderful principal. (parent)

My two favorite things about CTK are that I love the teachers and I love the school very much. (5th grader)

Wonderful school! I love that it is very small so the student/teacher ratio is fair. Love that the PreK program is constructed like regular school hours, K-8 and an aftercare program. My 4 year old is on her second year and absolutely loves it! (parent)

The best thing about CTK is that I feel safe here while getting a great education. (7th grader)
