Dear Parents,
The children have done a wonderful job on the "gifts that you can't wrap". I
am proud of them as you are!!
We wrote Christmas cards to our shut-ins this week. The shut-ins
were so appreciative of the Thanksgiving cards that the children sent. We
heard from several shut-ins and this made the children very happy. It is
wonderful that the children are learning to give of themselves as part of
the Advent season. Thank you for encouraging them. They went out in the
mail on Friday. Thanks for your help.
As you receive your Christmas cards, may I ask you to save the cancelled
stamps. Our senior sisters have a "stamp ministry" and you could be a great
help in this. Please send them to me after the Christmas vacation.
Your children are a joy and I am blessed to be part of their lives. May
your and your families have a very Blessed Christmas.
