Parents/guardians can register their child for school by stopping at the
central administration building between the hours of 8:00-4:00, Monday
through Friday.
You will need to bring with you following information:
*A copy of your child's birth certificate
*A copy of your child's immunization records
*A copy of your child's most recent report card and standardized test
scores if available.
*The full name, address, and telephone number of your child's previous
school
*Information regarding any special needs your child may have (including
IEP, service agreement, speech services, etc.)
*If applicable, a copy of any legal document regarding parent custody
issues.
