Figurative Language: Similes (using like or as to compare), Personification (giving animals and things human characteristics)Onomatopoeia (Sound Words, for example, woof, meow, eeek) and Alliteration (beginning consonants the same, for example, 'super savers' or 'Betty Botter's butter').
