Engineering Graphics I

1/2 credit

Engineering Graphics I will introduce students to the basic fundamentals of drafting and geometric construction. Students will become familiar with manual drafting equipment and processes used to create basic technical drawings. This course will provide basic training of drafting techniques necessary to allow students to progress to CAD (Computer Aided Drawing).

Approximately half the class will be devoted to CAD.

The Pre-Engineering courses :
Engineering Graphics I, II, and III – feature

 

       

Autodesk a world leader in 2D and 3D design software for manufacturing, building, construction, engineering, and media and entertainment.

 

Autodesk AutoCad® and Inventor® will be used exclusively in these courses.

 Autodesk Inventor® takes manufacturers beyond 3D to Digital Prototyping.
