What else may Extra Credit involve?
Students are encouraged to work with a friend or classmate to prepare an authentic Latino food and bring it in for our Buffet. I provide several Cookbook sources as well, and students are able to make photocopies of recipes. In addition, they may check out internet sources.They need prior approval from me before preparing a recipe. This is worth 20 pts!Back to Top
