Boys spring sport physicals will be done on Thurs. Feb. 22. Parent permission
must be signed and turned in by Tues. Feb. 20 to the nurse's office. Be sure
to see the nurse for a blood pressure check when turning in your papers.
Girls spring sport physicals will be done on Thurs. March 1. Parent permission
must be signed and turned in by Mon. Feb 26. Be sure to have your blood
pressure checked when turning in your papers.
Please hand in your papers as soon as you can.
Remember to hand in your private 6th grade physicals and private 7th grade
dental exams.
