Mr. Barbose is a graduate of Dallas High School, class of 1984. He is also a
graduate of Misericordia University. After spending some time substitute
teaching in this area, Mr. Barbose accepted a teaching position within Palm
Beach County Florida in 1994, and taught within a fourth and fifth grade
setting for nine years. It became time for him to return home. Mr. Barbose
is tremendously excited to be serving the Dallas School District as a sixth
grade teacher. He is looking very forward to many more successful years at
the Dallas Middle School.
It was always Mr. Barbose's intention and first preference to give something
back to his educational community which provided him with an excellent
education. He is proud to be a member of the Dallas Middle School staff.
When not teaching, Mr. Barbose enjoys cross training, skiing, model
railroading, writing model railroading magazine features, 1/32 scale, slot
car racing and being a supportive New York Yankees and Penn State football
fan.
It is Mr. Barbose's mission to provide a fair and consistent environment to
foster the academic growth of each child, in a progressive school setting.
