ATTENTION:
Starting Nov. 23 and continuing through Dec. 11th the Dallas Middle School
will be a collection site for the toys for Tots program. The objective of
Toys for Tots is to help needy children throughout the United States
experience the joy of Christmas. Alarmingly, approximately 13 million
American children live in poverty. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to
deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy
youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive,
patriotic citizens and community leaders. Collection boxes will be located in
the main lobby for your NEW and UNWRAPPED toy. Any monetary donations will
be collected by your homeroom teacher.
