When are my child's special classes (gym, computer, art, music)?
To find the day that each grade has their specials, simply log on to your child's teacher's webpage. The teacher will have the specials listed under class schedule.Back to Top
What is the time period for wearing shorts for gym?
The students can wear their gym shorts from the start of school until October. They will resume wearing them in May until the end of the school year.Back to Top
What is the school's policy on cell phones?
The students are not permitted to use cell phones in the school building or on school property during the school day. Cell phone use is prohibited while walking in line during dismissal. If a student has a cell phone in their possession, it must turned off and handed to their homeroom teacher at the start of the school day.Back to Top
What is the schedule for making tuition payments?
Tuition payments are made to the Rectory office (1121 Jackson Street). Tuition payments are due the third Sunday of each month. How am I alerted about school closings due to inclement weather?
School closings for weather emergencies are announced at KYW 1060 AM. The announcement will say all Parochial Schools are closed. Epiphany of Our Lord does not have a snow number. You would be notified by phone of anyother emergency school closings.Back to Top
What does a 2 hour delayed opening of school mean for my child?
If an announcement is made that schools in the Archdiocese are opening two hour late, our students would report to school at 10:00. The early morning program would be available at 9:00. On a day of a late arrival, all children will stay for lunch. We will follow a shorten lunch schedule: Grades K,1,2 (11:30- 11:55); Grades 3,4,5 (12:00 - 12:25); and Grades 6,7,8 (12:30-12:55). Dismissal will remain at 2:45.Back to Top
