Lunch: Our lunch time is from 12:10 to 12:40. You may come to lunch
with your child if you make a reservation with the office in the morning.
Healthy snacks are sold in the cafeteria throughout the week.
Folders: Everyday your child will bring a dated folder home with his
papers inside. Please review the papers sign and return the folder.
Homework: Look in the agenda book for homework assignments. Homework
assignments will become more consistent second semester. A homework
assignment will have H.W. printed on top.
Agenda Book: Homework assignments will be written in the agenda book.
The calendar in front of each month is used for nightly reading. Listen to
your child read 15-20 minutes each night, initial box to verify you read
together. Children nmust read five nights a week unless there is an X on a
box.
Book Order: Each month I will send a book order. I encourage all
children to read but you are under no obligation to purchase books. Thank-
you for your orders this year you have been very generous.
Birthdays: We do celebrate birthdays during lunch. You may send in a
healthy snack or a nonedible item. There are 23 children in the class. No
peanut butte please.
Tissues: If you would like to donate a box of tissues sometime during
the year it would be greatly appreciated.
Notes: Whenever your child goes home in a different way I will need a
note stating that.
Art Shirt: It is a good idea to have an old shirt for art class.

returned the next day.
