4th Grade Band Homework

Just like homework for academic classes, practice is essential to remembering and reinforcing the instrumental lesson we worked on during the week.  Your band student is expected to practice atleast 3 times a week for 15 minutes each session.  What they should practice will be listed in the front of their instrumental lesson book by page and exercise or by song and measure numbers. 
  
It is very important during the first couple of weeks to have your student practice putting together, taking apart, and placing their hands on the correct keys or valves on their instrument.  This will ensure their success for the rest of the school year!
