IV.	DRESS REHEARSAL:
A.	Dress rehearsal will take place Tuesday, May 8th, during the school
day.
B.	All students should check with their regularly scheduled classroom
teachers for assignments and class work. Rehearsal is not an excuse for
missed work.
C.	Students are reminded that we are guests of the High School and
should act accordingly. Future concerts and trips depend on outstanding
behavior.
D.	The schedule for the all day rehearsal is below:

GROUP REPORT TO THE MUSIC ROOM REHEARSAL	RETURN TO MUSIC ROOM

V.	GRADING FOR SEMESTER AND CONCERT
A.	Students are graded on Concert Attendance, Rehearsal Attendance and
Sectional Attendance.
B.	Students who miss three rehearsals are required to make up rehearsals
during sectionals after school. Those who fail to make up rehearsals will
have their grade lowered.
C.	Students who have an unexcused absence for the concert or dress
rehearsal will have their grade lowered and will be in danger of not passing
the semester.

Thank you to everyone for your help and cooperation. This concert is
going to be fantastic, and I am very pleased by the hard work and effort we
have all put into this choral season. If there are any questions or
concerns, please contact me at school. Thank you again.

	Sincerely,
Mindy B. Rubinlicht
Choral Director
