About The Teacher

Graduated from Lock Haven University in 1994 with a degree in Health and 
Physical Education and Driver's Education.  I have a Masters degree from 
Gannon University in Curriculum and Instruction. 

Mission For The Class

Physical Education strives to:

1.  promote a positive life-long attitude towards physical activity;  to help
    students understand and value physical activity and its contribution to a
    healthy lifestyle.
2.  help students identify those activities that best suit their abilities,
    interests, and lifestyles.
3.  help students acquire skills that will enable them to perform a variety of
    activites that will help them maintain minimum health related fitness 
    levels and to participate regularly in physical activity.
4.  help students understand the cognitive and affective benefits of physical
    activity.
