FITNESS STANDARDS B

These standards define a fitness range boys should fall within in order to 
maintain a preventive level of fintess.  By maintaining these levels they are 
lowering their risk of developing HYPOKINETIC DISORDERS, conditions 
associated with low levels of activity (e.g.:heart disease, hypertension, 
diabetes, osteoporosis, certain types of cancer).
