SUNDAY NOVEMBER 2ND HEART OF THE HOLIDAYS OPEN HOUSE 2009

American Legion, 23 W Broad Street, Nanticoke PA

Time:  12:30 to 4:30

Admission is FREE!!!

Enjoy an afternoon pre-holiday party featuring home-based and direct 
sales business's all under one roof!!!  The PTA will host a table and 
sell additional Entertainment Books.

Portions of the proceeds from the overall event will go to The 
Children's Heart Foundation in memory of Patrick Mark Heffron, for 
research and funding for children with congenital heart defects.

Food, refreshments, and baked goods will be available!!!

FUNDRAISER PICK-UP

If you have not picked up your fundraiser, please do so in the 
Kennedy Gym.

The first round of missing items has been sent to Gertrude Hawk.  
Delivery should be around November 23rd.  

Johnny D's certificates were delivered to the schools on Friday, 
November 13th.

If you have any questions, please call Tracy Zabrenski at 735-6961.  
Please note that I will be attending a work related conference the 
week of November 14th through the 21st and may not immediately 
return your call.  

If you are missing items on your order, please leave the item number, 
students name, teacher and a call back number.  With this 
information, I can email the update directly to Gertrude Hawk.  I 
will try and get back to you ASAP.

This year the Fall Fundraiser will be kicking off on October 1, 
2009.  We will offering Gertrude Hawk Chocolates Holiday Assortment, 
Entertainment Books and Johnny D's Certificates.

Fundraiser dates are as follows:

Kick-off October 1, 2009

Sale Ends October 16, 2009

Fundraiser Pick-up Kennedy Gymnasium 

Thursday, November 5th - 11AM to 5:30PM
Friday, November 6th - 8AM to 5PM

Questions related to the fundraiser should be directed to Tracy

Volunteers are needed to tally fundraisers and assist with 
distribution.
