: : : : Photo: About The Teacher Label: About The Teacher I would like to welcome your child into fifth grade. The 2009-2010 school year is my second year at Greater Nanticoke Area, and my second year of teaching fifth grade. I am a graduate of Wilkes University where I received my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a minor in history. In addition, I am a graduate of Greater Nanticoke Area. Currently, I am an assistant High School football coach for Holy Redeemer H.S., an assitant High School Girls' Basketball coach and JV Head Coach For Greater Nanticoke Area and an assitant Track and Field Coach for GNA. I am looking forward to getting to know both you and your child, and believe we will have a very successful school term together. During fifth grade, students achieve great academic growth, while also growing socially with their fellow classmates. To be able to achieve these goals, I believe it is very important for a good relationship between the teacher, parent, and student. This will ensure the best educational experience for our students.
