REMINDERS
If you requested a copy of the course documents, they will be sent home with
your child on Wednesday, September 7, 2011.
All students are expected to have a binder, dry erase marker, paper and pencil
by Friday, September 24, 2011.

Grades are updated weekly on Skyward by 8 am on Friday mornings. If you
check your grade before then, it will not reflect any of the current week's
work.
If you see * in an assignment space on Skyward, that means that you are
excused from the assignment because of absence. It does NOT hurt your grade.
Please be aware that homework assignments are subject to change.
Reminder regarding missed quizzes and tests
It is YOUR responsibility as a student to schedule a time with me to make up
any missed quizzes and/or tests within 5 days of returning to school.
Failure to do so results in a 0 for that assessment.
I will NOT remind you if you missed an assessment. All tests and quizzes
are announced several days in advance. You should know if you missed one.
If you don't know, ask a classmate.
