What is our schedule?

Monday: Art,10:15-10:55
Tuesday: Music, 10:55-11:35 
Wednesday: Library,10:15-10:55
Thursday:  P.E., 8:45-9:25
Friday: P.E.,10:55-11:35

Do we have computer class?

Yes, we have a half hour computer class twice a week. In computer class we 
work on the Compass Learning in language arts and math. This is an online 
program used to reinforce skills taught in the classroom.

Should I tell my child a word they don't know when they are reading?

Yes, if they are stuck tell them the word. Do not interrupt the flow and 
fluency of reading.

What time is lunch and recess?

Our lunch is thethird lunch period,12:30-1:00.
Recess follows from 1:00-1:15.

What is done for spelling homework each night?

Monday: Copy words once in tablet.
Tuesday: Write words in abc order.
Wednesday: Make up sentences using any 8 words. You do not have to make up 8 
sentences, just use 8 words.
Thursday: Study

The PSSA's are scheduled for the end of March and test Reading and Math
