Immunization updates

Immunization requirements for 2010-11 school year: 
Grade 7 will need verification of a second chicken pox shot if they did not 
have the disease, MCV, and a Tdap booster if it has been 5 years since their 
last shot.
 
 ALL grades will need verification of a second chicken pox shot, if they did 
not have the disease.
