What can I do to help my child with his/her Spanish homework?

The best thing that you can do is to check to see that your child is
completing his/her assignments daily. In order to learn a second language,
frequent practice is necessary. In addition to any written homework that
your child may have, I also expect him/her to spend between 10 and 20
minutes daily reviewing vocabulary and notes from class. "Cramming" isn't
going to cut it!

How can I help my child study for a Spanish test?

You can help your child study for a test by reviewing vocabulary. Have
him/her make flashcards with the Spanish word on one side and the English
equivalent on the other. Quiz him/her on the vocabulary. Who knows--you
just might learn a few words in Spanish, too!
